Once the package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Then you just need a little patience:

• Tracking activation: It can take up to 2 business days for the data to appear in the system.

• First movement: Tracking usually starts when the shipment arrives at the sorting center in your country.

How does Zásilkovna work?

• In the cart, choose delivery to a Zásilkovna pickup point.

• In the pickup point search engine, find the one that is convenient for you. Thousands of pickup points in Europe and self-service contactless Z-BOX pickup points are available.

• Orders usually arrive at the pickup point on the second day.

• Once the order is ready at the chosen pickup point, Zásilkovna will send you an information email and SMS with a pickup password.

• At the pickup point, just report the code. You can send anyone to pick up the package - just give them the code.

• Any cash on delivery can be paid directly at the pickup point, either in cash or by card.

• You can easily find out where your order is currently located in Shipment Tracking.

• You have 7 days to pick up the shipment (during the season, the storage period may be shortened).

• We recommend downloading the Zásilkovna mobile application, where you can track the movement of the shipment, extend the storage period up to 21 days, or pay for cash on delivery.

• Returning goods is also simple with Zásilkovna: just enter the return in the mobile application or use the sticky label that will come to you in the shipment. Then you just take the shipment to the nearest Zásilkovna drop-off point and you're done!
