who won't settle for a drawer project.

Forget the safe space. We believe digital design truly comes alive when seen in motion on the street as part of an identity, not as an exported file on a drive.

23LAB TALENT is a bridge between classroom theory and real-world wardrobe. We don't do exercises; we do drops. We provide the premium canvas; you provide the vision. This is your chance to change the rules of the game and launch your first independent drop.

We believe that digital design shouldn't end with file export.
It should end on the street. As part of an identity. As a manifesto.

Within 23labels LAB, we are opening a space for students and young talents.
We don't give you assignments, we give you a canvas.
Our goal is to select the 10 strongest visions, which we will transfer from monitors to textiles in our premium quality.

Beware, this is not an exercise.
It's your first drop.

How does it work?

CREATE A DESIGN
Got an idea? Jot it down on paper or in software. We're not looking for compromises; we're looking for your authentic perspective on the world. Create a design for a T-shirt or hoodie that has balls and makes sense.

UPLOAD YOUR DESIGN
Use the form below. Upload your high-resolution mockup. Add a short description of what your design is about. It will take you 5 minutes, but it could change your career path.

WE SELECT THE TOP 10
No democracy. Our creative team will convene and uncompromisingly select the 10 strongest visions. We evaluate originality, technical quality, and whether it aligns with the 23labels DNA.

LAUNCH / WE PUT THEM ON THE E-SHOP
If you're in the TOP 10, we go into production. We print your design on our premium materials and put it up for sale in a limited edition on 23labels.com. Our entire community will see your name.

YOU EARN
This isn't charity. For every piece sold with your design, you receive a clearly defined share (fair percentage). The more your drop sells, the more lands in your account. You create, we sell, you earn.
